Description

A scene from my favorite park. I had to tweak the curves to bring out the distant landscape, but this is otherwise unmanipped. I love the wide open fields and hills this park has, and it's on high land, so you can see for miles all around.

Taken with a Kodak EasyShare P850.

I think it would work well even without the bench, this way I'm not too sure what to focus on, since the landscape behind the bench reminds me of LOTR in a way (suburb of Mordor, maybe)

I like the bench! I think it makes the photo, instead of just another landscape shot, you get a bit of scale as Gary mentioned above, and it gives the photo an "individual" feel! Very Nice!!

Great! I don't agree though, that it should be without the bench... Without it, it would be just another sunset picture....
